I'm Roy Cunning and I'm president and owner of Home Again Inspections. As a certified member of the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), my number 1 job is to ensure that your new home is safe for you and your family. I also guarantee that you will be treated with the professionalism and respect that you deserve.
What is InterNACHI?
I get this question asked on many occasions, so let me take the time to explain. The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) is the world’s most elite, non-profit inspection association. InterNACHI is the largest home inspection association in the world, with more than 12,000 members located in all 50 states, eight Canadian provinces, and 32,400 other members in some 65 other countries.
What is required to become an InterNACHI inspector?
Inspectors are required to successfully pass an InterNACHI’s Inspector Examination, take a Standards of Practice Quiz, complete a Code of Ethics Course as well as to adhere to Standards of Practice. I am also required to continue education courses to keep my license. So rest assured that you're in good hands with an InterNACHI inspector.
If you’d like to hear more about InterNACHI and my qualifications as a certified home inspector or have any question about my home inspection services or would like to set up an appointment, please don’t hesitate to give me a call at 709-638-3886 or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org

Buying a home could be the largest single investment you will ever make. To minimize unpleasant surprises and unexpected difficulties, you’ll want to learn as much as you can about the newly constructed or existing house before you buy it. A home inspection may identify the need for major repairs or builder oversights, as well as the need for maintenance to keep your home in good shape. After the inspection, you will know more about the house you're looking to buy, which will allow you to make your decision with confidence. If you already are a homeowner, a home inspection can identify problems in the making and suggest preventive measures that might help you avoid costly future repairs.
My Home Inspection Services can be broken down in three parts. It starts with a detailed home inspection, an indepth report and a personal followup that answers all the questions you might have.
During your home inspection, I will concentrate on the condition and structure of your home and point out observed safety concerns. I will inspect the most vital components of the home, while also ensuring the smaller details are not overlooked. You can also rest assured that the inspection will be completed in a professional matter by a certified inspector who is punctual, well dressed and curtious.
My inspection report is detailed and thorough. Here you will be able to find all the deficiencies in your potential new home. It will also include what type of remedies you will need to apply to correct the problems. The report also includes vital information about your new home such as materials used in the build, the age of the roof, water tanks and more.
A personal followup is vital to complete the process. Some Home Inspectors will just email you a report and you never hear from them again. You deserve better than that. In fact, I make it a duty to go over the home inspection with you. We’ll sit down and go over the report until all your questions are answered.
This is my promise to you.
The truth is that the process of inspecting a home is all about a thorough investigation.
